LifeChanger of the Year is an annual recognition program honoring K-12 educators and school employees across the country. Your nominee can be a teacher, counselor, principal, custodian, coach, bus driver, or anyone whose work in a school is making a difference.
Awards are granted without regard to race, gender, religion, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability.

A selection committee reviews each nomination and announces 17 winners every school year.
Each prize is split equally between a personal cash award for the educator and a donation to their school.
