• Misstatements discovered after a policy is issued can lead a carrier to rescind coverage or deny a claim under the policy's contestability provisions
• You are responsible for reviewing your policy or plan documents when they arrive and telling us promptly if anything looks wrong
• You agree to keep us informed of address, phone, beneficiary, and banking changes so coverage is not interrupted

You consent to receive disclosures, documents, and notices electronically, and you agree that your electronic signature on an application, authorization, or scope of appointment has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. You may request paper copies at any time by calling 848-272-3234.

Communication preferences, call recording, and opt-out instructions, including STOP for text messages, are described in our Privacy Policy.
