Health Information Handling
Health and prescription details are collected only when you ask us to quote or enroll you in coverage that requires them, and only with your authorization. We use that information for underwriting, plan comparison, and enrollment. Nothing more.
- Health information is shared only with the insurance carriers, Medicare plan sponsors, and CMS-approved entities needed to process your specific request
- Access inside our agency is limited to the licensed agent working on your case and the staff supporting that case
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your health or prescription information, and we do not share it with advertisers or lead buyers
- You can withdraw your authorization at any time, though we may not be able to continue an application in progress
Where we handle protected health information on behalf of a carrier or Medicare plan sponsor, we do so under the privacy and security terms of our agreements with that carrier, including HIPAA obligations where they apply.
Financial Privacy Notice
Under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, financial institutions must explain how they share personal financial information. Here is ours in plain language.

- We do not sell your personal or financial information to anyone
- We do not share your information with unaffiliated companies for their own marketing
If you would like to limit sharing beyond what is needed to service your coverage, contact us using the details below and we will honor your request.
